Catering has been invited to serve on the local military base, in military housing communities, in corporate settings deemed essential to fighting the pandemic and was also selected as one of several meal providers by the County to serve meals to at-risk populations in their homes.  We are committed to being part of the solution and to doing our part to keep the San Diego community as virus-free as possible, while also providing the highest quality of food and service despite the challenges the pandemic has provided. 

 

CBCE thoroughly cleans all high traffic touch areas of the facility and kitchen.  All food prep areas of the kitchen are cleaned and sanitized daily.  All staff are well informed and up to date on all Covid protocol from the county, state, and federal health departments.

Individual packaging and individually wrapped cutlery kits are available for all meals.  At all full-service events, food items at buffets are served by our trained service staff who are masked and gloved.  Plated meals are also served at tableside by our trained staff.
