A festive spirit begins with one of these favorite appetizers.

Seasonal Crudites Bar - seasonal, assorted raw and grilled vegetables with a lemon herb aioli and Romesco sauce served with house grilled assorted flat breads.

Three Cheese Fondue Bar - Gouda, baby Jack, Swiss cheese.  Slowly simmered in Chardonnay wine and shallot-garlic confit.  With cubed, assorted artisan breads, broccolini spears, and roasted herb fingerling potatoes.

Servers Show Up With Added Merriment

Let our experienced staff serve your elves while they mingle about.  Both of these hors d'oeuvres trays are on the evening's menu.

Holiday Cheese Puffs - imported Brie Cheese, dried cranberries, fresh basil leaves stuffed in freshly baked puff pastry.

 Mushroom Duxelle Quiche - crust-less mini quiche with wild mushrooms, mixed gourmet cheeses, cream and fresh herbs.

A Fresh, Flavorful Salad at the Holiday Table

Pick one of these delightful creations to kick off conversations at the dinner tables.  Don't worry, either one is the right choice!

Elves Salad - tender baby spinach leaves tossed with grilled peaches, feta cheese, shaved red onions, toasted pine nuts in a creamy lemon poppy seed dressing.

Winter Wonderland Salad - a colorful assortment of cherry tomatoes, Persian cucumbers, sliced Granny Smith apples, roasted shallots, and candied walnuts on top of a bed of fresh, mixed winter greens and served with a balsamic strawberry vinaigrette.

Okay, the food doesn't actually sing, but your elves might just break into song when they taste these main attractions.

Choose one entrée and two sides.

 

Every table receives freshly baked assorted rolls, whipped butter balls, water and iced tea.

Herb Crusted Turkey Breast.  Roasted to juicy perfection with an orange-cranberry relish.

Honey Baked Smoked Ham.  Spiral sliced ham with candied pineapple slices.

Baron of Beef. Choice top round roasted and sliced thin with demi glace and wild mushroom medley.

Pork Loin Cutlet.  Thick boneless cutlet Milanesa Pan Fried with braised red cabbage and cran-apple slices.

Didn't see what you wanted on the menu?  We can add it.  Our kitchen can do anything, customize any menu,

and work with almost any budget.

What about gluten-free elves or vegan elves or dairy-free elves, etc.?  No elf should be left out!  We will take care of every one of them - just have those with dietary restrictions reach out to us in advance and we'll prepare a wonderful meal just for them.
