Not just tacos, but California's Best Tacos. We start with perfectly seasoned, marinated carne asada, grilled chicken (pollo asado), adobado pork**. Our typical package includes 3 full size white corn tacos per guest. Then come all the fixings -- cilantro, onions, limes, choice of cotija or cheddar/Jack cheese mix, green and red salsas. California's Best Catering did an amazing job for my baby shower. The tacos and appetizers were delicious and the theme decorations we're just the right touch to match my baby shower. The staff arrived on time and set up quickly to get right to cooking. Everyone was wonderful to work with and very accommodating considering I was flying from out of town for the shower. Their presentation was perfect as well. I couldn't be happier with how the appetizer table looked and the taco bar set up outside was great. Highly recommend this business for any catering needs!

Rached out to this catering company 2 weeks before a birthday. They were extremely responsive and available for the time and date I needed them. We had taco catering at a rooftop in downtown San Diego. I didn't have to worry or do A SINGLE THING. CeeCee (sp?) and Tina were able to figure out parking, get upstairs and set everything up at least an hour early with no help from me!! Not to mention the food was delicious!! Really yummy authentic Mexican food. They set up, served our guests and cleaned up, even packing up some leftovers. I will use this company and then anytime I have a party where catering is involved!!

I can't thank Charlete and her husband enough for helping to make this surprise party a success. They were more than willing to adapt and adjust to help add on to the surprise for our boss. This required a great deal of coordination and Charlete definitely rose to the occasion. She made quick contact with me through text and phone and even had her employees there well before the start of the event. It was flawless! We surprised our boss and within minutes the catering company was pulling up in the backyard and had already started the set up process. They were done within 30 minutes! Then the tacos they served were also fantastic! Lots of filling and the meat was seasoned well and full of flavor. I would highly recommend this company to anyone trying to plan a party!!!!!
